RackAFX autosizes the knob graphics for you by default. This is because (1) most knobs have square backgrounds and (2) if you are not careful and you make a mistake entering the height - even by a few pixels - the knob will not render properly. So, RackAFX uses the width of your graphic as the height also and places those values in the dialog box.
If you have knob graphics that have non-square backgrounds, then just un-check the box that says "Autosize Knobs" on the left of the GUI Designer. Then, you can manually enter the size, image height and number of images. The autosize knob setting is saved so you only need to un-check it once.
