I'm just beginning ... Installed the latest version of RackFX, using VS2017.  I built the VolumeDB project to get started.  I built it, loaded it, played a wav file and 'turned' the knob to reduce volume to no effect, in the status window it says the status is 'idle' for the plugin.  Interestingly, I loaded the plugin into Reaper to test and it's working just fine.  Clearly, I'm missing a setting within the client.  Any hints?

Update:  I've done a number of tests.  It must be something I'm not doing, but I can't find it. I've used the debugger to diagnose the problem... the volume slider in the Volume plugin (and VolumeDB) does not update the m_fVolume variable (I've rebuit, loaded, debugged... the breakpoints work.  ProcessAudioFrame() is called as it should.  The slider can be moved but the variable associated does not update.  Also, when the slider moves, UserInterfaceChange() is not called (if I push the B1 button, it does call UserInterfaceChange().  The value of m_fVolume does not change.

I've built the Volume and VolumeDB projects and built a new, similar 'volume' plugin from scratch all with the same issue.

Standby for an update that will address this issue.

In the meantime, please email me directly with the Contact form and I can give you a quick fix via a file-copy.
