When you change a filter you can see the differences in the out signal if you use oscilloscope in analyzer.
When you show FFTs and choose e.g. Left In / Left Out you see two different colored FFT spectra. But the out spectrum does not change when you use e.g. a filter plug-in. Is that a bug or does the analyzer not support analyzing the output signal from the plug-in?

The Analyzer's In/Out function is working properly in v6.6.4.1 (current release) as well as the current Beta version.
This link shows v6.6.4.1 with a resonant lowpass filter plugin loaded and a high Q setting with Fc = 2kHz and white noise as input.

I also checked with normal audio and it is working properly.
As stated before, the default behavior is to show the output of the filter.
