!!! CoolGlad to see this! Question lol I'm new to your platform. I'm not sure of capabilities.. but I'm looking to develop a Sampler like (Decent Sampler) and/or Rompler Synth like (Nexus, Omnisphere, HeatUp3).

Is this possible with SynthLab? or ASPiK?

Yes - and there is an entire chapter of my 2nd edition synth plugin book devoted to sample based oscillators for synthesis (Chapter 11) using a variety of paradigms from individual note samples, interpolated samples to wave-slices.
