I updated to the latest RackAFX 188.8.131.52 and ASPik SDK because of the reported CMake build issue (No universal Xcode Project is generated) and can not build the latest sample projects on a Win 10 PC with Visual Studio 2015.   I tried the WickerAmp and StereoDelay book projects that built previously in RackAFX 184.108.40.206.  Building with Visual Studio Community 2015 Version 14.0.2531 Update 3

You need to install the VSTGUI4 library (which can be done from RackAFX7 itself with a couple of clicks).
I just finished the 5 tutorial videos that go from configuring RackAFX7 to designing the GUI. I haven't gotten them embedded in the website yet - too busy.Â
The VSTGUI4 thing is explained in this video:
which also explains more on RAFX vs. ASPiK.Â
Scroll ahead to about 2:10 and the VSTGUI4 thing is right after that.
Will try to get the videos local here. Also, note that since RAFX7 no longer attempts to be a plugin API but rather uses ASPiK for that chore, most of the ASPiK documentation involving the VSTGUI4 library and all of the basics of the plugin core object are applicable as it is your plugin core now. You can find those online on the ASPiK website under Documentation.Â
