Can't get UI editor to open in Reaper

I've been tinkering around with ASPiK, following the tutorial videos, and eventually managed to get the volume control plugin to compile and work correctly in Reaper. The next step was to be the UI editing but when I follow the video and <shift>right-click the option to open the editor does not appear. I have checked the pre-processor for DEBUG version and the VSTGUI_LIVE_EDITING=1 is present.

I'm running Windows 10 Pro, Visual Studio 2019, VST SDK 3.7.1, ASPiK 1.6.6, Reaper 6.18

I have set up the VST SDK as per the instructions and can build the samples successfully.

Any ideas what I might be missing?

Usually this happens when not compiling in Debug mode, but I will do a quick check.

EDIT: I just checked my latest VST3 plugin in Reaper/Windows and on Reaper 6.19 and the GUI designer is working correctly.
