The ASPiK SDK has just been updated to v1.6.3 and updates SDKs support as well as fixes several issues with AU and cocoa GUIs.

Both VST and AAX SDKs have been updated to the latest releases and an AU cocoa issue was fixed; the issue with Studio One v4 is (I believe) a problem on the DAW end, but I did add a fix on the ASPiK side. 

The Cocoa GUI issue with FL Studio has been resolved (and likely will fix the "default GUI only" issue on other hosts) -- Logic and Reaper had no problems.

MacOS CMake files were updates to set the PRODUCT_BUNDLE_ID to match the info.plist file; this was not a bug, but caused a few people some anxiety about the cocoa GUI.

All demo projects have been tested on Mac/Win with XCode 11.2 and Visual Studio 2017

VST3 Synth projects will pass the new VST validator. We observed that the VST SDK sample NoteExpressionSynth fails to load in FL Studio.

* AU: fixed cocoa GUI and Studio One v4 display issue (looks like it is NOT ASPiK)
* AU: fixed cocoa GUI problem in FL Studio and others that substituted the default I/F
* ALL APIs: added the PRODUCT_BUNDLE_ID... to CMake to eliminate warnings that were confusing (benign, but confusing when debugging)
- rebuilt ASPiKreator for MacOS (Win did not require rebuild)
