How do I stop the annoying messages in Visual Studio telling me the files have changed each time I alter my Project?

Go to Tools->Options->Environment->Documents and check (enable) the following options:

“Detect when file is changed outside the environment”
“Auto-load changes, if saved.”
“Allow editing of Read Only files;warn when attempt to save”
