It turns out to be a Microsoft issue, not RAFX.

Ok, I deleted the folder, but then again the folder reapers and give me the same error.
I tried Visual Studio professional 2010 and I get the same error, even when deleting the folder.
I tried using VSexpress 2010 but it opens express 2008.
the only that works is VSexpress 2008....

Update:
Ok I solved the problem... the problem was my user name folder contain 'ñ' and I guess the compiler changed that character to another letter and it didnt recognize it...
