You are using Visual Studio 2012 and you get the error:
No exports were found that match the constraint:
ContractName Microsoft.VisualStudio.Project.IProjectServiceAccessor
You need to update VS2012 with the latest Update (Microsoft has said that there will be several Updates) - currently this is Update 2:
UPDATE:
Try this:
VS2012Express:
Navigate to the folder:
\Users\yourusername\AppData\Local\Microsoft\WDExpress\11.0
and delete the folder inside named ComponentModelCache
VS2012 Professional
Navigate to the folder:
\Users\yourusername\AppData\Local\Microsoft\VisualStudio\11.0
and delete the folder inside named ComponentModelCache
When you start VS after that it will take some time to rebuild the cache, but after that it worked fine for me!

VS2012 Professional
Navigate to the folder:
\Users\yourusername\AppData\Local\Microsoft\VisualStudio\11.0
and delete the folder inside named ComponentModelCache
When you start VS after that it will take some time to rebuild the cache, but after that it worked fine for me!
This worked for me as well

My error was in VS2012Expres for WP, and this topic helped me solve my problem (I only had to search inside all folders until I found the correct one), so just complementing:
VS2012 Express for Windows Phone
Navigate to the folder:
\Users\yourusername\AppData\Local\Microsoft\VPDExpress\11.0
And delete the folder inside named ComponentModelCache
