i have this error when trying to compiling digisynth VST ported in VS2015:
cannot open source file "CustomViewsFive.h".
// --- RackAFX Core
#include "synthparamlimits.h" // param limits file
but i also tried with the "basic" digisynth (the digisynth project without editing nothing) without GUI at all: same error !
what's wrong ?
EDIT: With 6.8.06 no problem. that's not adding the "customviewsfive.h" but compiling make "silent" .VST3 in Sonar (no sound at all) & totally crash in reaper.
tried the initial project redownloaded on this site, tested it with 220.127.116.11 (& old VSTSDK - before 3.6.6) and... Same thing. No sound in sonar, crash in reaper.
Only the .dll made with rackafx works (but in debug/32 bits in sonar with piano samples instead of "oldphatty" samples CPU explodes... 3 notes and ... Overload :/ ). all VS2015 compiled files are unusable for me.

Hi Gwen - this is an error in the Beta version. Just delete the line:
from the file. It was part of work I was doing regarding the use of the Pure Custom GUIs (see the PolygonSheep plugin on the GUI Gallery page which uses this).
I will remove this from future versions.

Hello Will !
thanks for answer.
yes i tried with 18.104.22.168 and it didn't do the same "error". So i use the 22.214.171.124 instead (i have 126.96.36.199, 188.8.131.52 & 184.108.40.206 installed on separate subfolders).
i don't forget that 6.8.x is beta 😉
and for a beta that's really powerfull !
i prefer 6.8 version than 6.6 one; so some bugs are really acceptable.
I know i will be off topic but i had the problem with digisynth. But digisynth doesn't work when compiled in .vst3 (VS2015) for me. for a reason i ignore .dll (rackafx) works & read samples (yours or/and mine), every .vst3 (even renamed in .dll) not.
so the "CustomViewsFive.h" problem is fixed.
but i'm sad to not continue developping my digisynth, with more OSC, chorus & tremolo Fx and tabbed GUI (1rst time i used tabbed GUI (tab view container, C-view container) because theses functions are really great 😉
maybe by hardcoding the sample location ? But that's for now up to my skills. I know, I tried 😉
